Did you know that eating cooked is just like having an infection in the body! The white blood cells are lauched to defend against the foreign invasion which is cooked food. The body literally attacks the food and tries to destroy it.

Take Control of Your Life

You don't really need me to tell you what to do. Deep down you know what is right for you. But you block your own blessings of wellness, why?

Love yourself enough to cross over into the doers lane. That is the winning lane.

Don't medicate yourself with food, allowing your feelings to manifest.

Cry if you need too.

Scream if you have to.

Laugh at yourself , its o.k. to be you and what ever that entails right now.

You may want to have sex to block out the pain.

You may want to eat a whole box of Krispy Kreme Donuts to dead thoughts emotions.

You may puff a cigarette in an attempt to relax.

You may grab a bottle of whisky to calm your nerves.

Hold on now... Before you reach for those, step back and wait.

Talk to yourself. Really. Have a discussion with your subconscious mind about what you are about to do. She is the "Boss Lady" in your head that directs the show.

She listens to logic. Give her reasons not to command your conscious to carry out those irrational requests. Nothing gets done without her o.k. but she needs solid information to work with.

Now that you have given her concrete info to give to her crew(conscious mind) to carry out. The crew will only do what is commanded .

Do you follow.

Just be still for a minute. Don't react, respond. Maintain your control.

Giving up your control is always Painful because:

It means eating things that you know will make you sick

Being at a job you hate

Staying in a love-less relationship

Not exercising

Taking drugs

Its about running your mind like a well oiled machine. Never give up you post again or you will experience pain.

Decide

Don't follow the norm. Be brave. Be strong. Trust your instincts. Use your brain. Don't allow your negative emotions to move you towards distructive eating or any habit that woulkd harm you. listen to the voice inside of you, it knows what is best for you. It is that same voice that says "you've had enough" or "Don't go there!" Or "He's not good for you!"

You know what needs to be done, so that you can be effective and affective in your life. Are you going to let french fries or pizza but you in the ground? How about that husband who has cheated on you! Are you going to wait until he brings a package home that you can't throw away?

Ladies, I am talking to you right now. If you want to look good, you can. You can pray about it, leave it to God, wait until tommorrow or what ever! But one thing is for sure, your situation will not change unless you do something different.

Its not in a pill
Its not in a shake
Its not in prayer
its not in a boyfriend
its not in a book

Its the moment you "Decide", just like all those things listed above. each one was introduced to you through a thought first, then you decided to take action towards it. You decided to drive yoursef to Walmart for the Slimfast. You decided to request that your doctor write you a prescription pill for weight loss. You decided to get on your knees and recite the 23 psalms. You decided that he was the man you were going to marry.

Change happens when you make the choice in your head then transfer that choice into action. Spirtual (Mental) manifestations are measured through physical action.
The mind is the spirit and the action or the E=motion is the representation of the spirit. That is it!
You can think about having a baby and decide to have sex and your baby will come.

You can think about getting a degree, and decide to go to college, finish, and you have your degree.

You can think about eat healthier, and decide to eat nothing processed or man made.
You can think about being fit, and decide to workout everyday to become fit.

Or you can decide that you'll do it tomorrow and continue chasing your dreams for your tomorrow will become another Today!!

When you eat an apple, its best to take the skin off first because it is a cellulose, indigestable.

Eat your fruits only when fully ripe, unripen fruit causes indigestion which causes fermentation...

Digestion is slower at night so if you eat heavy at night your creating fat stores.

Eating Grains Can Make You Drunk

Eating Grains Can Get You Drunk!!!!
When you eat grains ,especially with proteins, it causes fermentation. Fermentation happens when food is partially digested which occurs when digestive enzymes and are neutralized.


As I have said before, you throw your body into confusion when combine improper foods.


The digestion of proteins start in the mouth and are broken down in the stomach with the help of hydrochloric acid.


The digestion of starch starts in the mouth with a starch splitting enzyme called "Amylase". This enzyme is neutralized by the stomach acids, which causes digestion to stops and then it starts again in the small intestines.

These chemicals don't work together!

Back to grains. Grains are insoluble or indigestable fiber. Indigestion causes the grains to ferment. Fermentation of grains produce Alcohol and Gas.
So think of your body making its own liquor when you eat grains, YUK!!

The alcohol penetrates the gut , and moves quickly into the bloodstream ,destroying every cell it comes in contact with.


The Gas formed during fermentation is eventually released through the butt hole for everyone to bask in your fragant aroma!!

The body is a delicate machine. We have to respect willingly or it will force us to do so.

food combining

I was coaching someone about a week ago and the subject of food combing came up. See, she thought that by eating salads(greens with fruit) and protein(mainly chicken prepared with olive oil) that she was eating healthy. Now while that is a better combination than say... rice&and chicken or potatoes it is still bad because the meat takes hours for the body to break down do to its high cholesterol/fat content.
It takes 2 hours to digest a drop of oil!


So imagine that your body has this mashed up mix of greens, fruits, and chicken to digest. What signal can you send to the brain to start breaking it down? Mixed signals, that's what! By the time the body has finished breaking down the fat from the chicken, the chicken has fermented along with the greens and the fruit you have eaten. This brings bacteria into your intestines, your blood thickens from the high fat meal ,as a result, blood cells clump together-this causes oxygen deprivation too. Alas the sluggish feeling when your finished.


Keep your meals simple. One or two items at a time for better digestion. Eats fats by themselves, never in your meals. That means french dressings with salads are out your better off blending a tomatoe with mango for dressings.

Summer Food Temptations

Hey everybody!
I know I've been hiding out for a while, but I'm back now. Have you guys been eating right these days? Summer can bring out the devil in the best of us so don't let the icecream(cow puss) or the potatoe chips(cancer and heart attack with a crunch) rope you in.

We just have to get away from processed foods. These companies Lays, Breyers, Nabisco, Gerber etc.. They care about stocks holders not human bodies. They care about profit margins, not the heart attacks, strokes, obesity, hypertension, diabetes and malnutrition that we accrue from eating that garbage.

And for my African and African American comrades, Please drink your water. Do you know how many people I talk with that don't drink water! If your brain is 70% water then take a guess as to what would be classified as brain food!!!
